One good turn deserves another....: August 2009

Cute little boy and his bad mother!

Carter recieved a Bob Bob balloon (Sponge bob) for his birthday. Now Bob bob has been alive for 3 weeks, and sometimes Carter enjoys long walks with Bob, likes to put Bob to bed, sits and eats a snack with Bob. Well last night I guess he thought that he wanted Bob to sleep with him. So lone behold we heard on the baby monitor, *scratch scuff scruff* yeah thats right....Bob was in bed with Carter. Come on who does this? Well Bob was in his room, he got up, put Bob in bed.....and Dad walked in and took Bob. Then Carter was sad....."Mom....momma....Bob dead".

Yup thats right....Bob dead and in a box ready to go to the garbage!

Oh where have you been all my.....

Where have I been???

Life has been a little hectic....

House is on the down hill finish....

Life will hopefully get back to normal...

Ok, So I lied...Life will never be normal here!

So What is going on?

1. House is on the down hill slide

- Toyroom is all done (except shelving)

- Downstairs bath just needs to be plumbed

-Downstairs electrical is all done

-Kitchen IS Completely DONE

(one week without Kitchen is behind us)

- 2 walls textured and painted in upstairs soon to be dining/formal living room

-Computer room a total mess...

- Front door in the process of going in tomorrow morning

-In love with the kitchen!!!

- Entry way is ready to be organized along with the rest of the house

2. School is kicking my butt

-ok so it could be the 40 hours at work a week

-960 hours of disaster at home a week

-attentioned starved child

-did i mention disaster at home

(disaster doesnt help when you have OCD to organize)

3. Carter is getting to be so big....makes me wanna CRY

4. Did I mention I love my kitchen????

Cause I do love my kitchen

5. Summer is almost gone and what have we done but REMODEL!

- Havent been to the Zoo yet, made it to the Cr*p of Nicollet County Fair

(Rides werent open until 1pm on Kids day)

But Carter got a ride on Beths horse.

6. Computer sort of crashed, so I almost lost all pictures....I mean all....9000 since Carter was born! Oh how scary!

So now that I have got you up to speed, I will hopefully within the next week get some pictures of the remodel (full length story of photos), and some of my cute little boy!

yeah thats right he decided to bite my butt!

Where have you been all my life...or should I say where have I been for the last month...

It has been a while that I have actually blogged. I know I am just too busy. School started on July 6th, and I have been trying to spend all my time on that.....yeah so I don't really spend time on that.....(BRB child screaming cause BOB BoB stopped).

So where has the last month gone???

--School started

--Remodel is still going on

--Carter is talking more (Mine Mine)

--House is still a disaster from all the toys everywhere

--Dog is failing in her old age

--Jeremy is doing an awesome job with the garden

--Not really sure where the last month went to be completely honest!

But with August here we still have a lot going on...

---Carter turned 2 (post to come)

---Remodel is nearing the end

---Hope that we can make it to the Zoo this summer yet

---Carter seems to be growing like a weed with a lot of water

---The county fair is coming up, along with the state fair....Can't wait to take Carter to both!

---Carter is going to spend some days with Grandma B on her weeks of vacation

---Mom and dad still dreaming of going on a vacation together just the two of us......(only dreams)

---Yeah that pretty much will bring us to September and hopefully we can get up to Uncle Timmy and Aunt Tammy's cabin......
