All the fun that we had while setting up the trains. And then monster baby comes around and crushes the tracks that we built!

Bubbles, Bubbles, Bubbles

OK, blowing bubbles is something that is fun for everyone. Carter got a big set of bubble wands, and we enjoyed blowing bubbles inside. Who cares right, its just bubbles.

It was so much fun, but the fun stopped when he decided to eat the bubbles....not so much fun!

First Buzz Cut

OK, So I was just to cheap to pay for a hair cut for Carter again....since it was like 4 weeks ago that he had one. So I called mom, because I knew that she had a 1 1/2 inch blade, and she came out and cut his hair. I thought it was a little short at first, but its hair and it will grow!

Carter and his stylist!

Mr. Innocent

Are you ready to get out yet??

So one of Carter favorite past times is to take a bath. Doesn't matter if he has had a bath already or if he even needs a bath. He will eat really messy at supper, lunch, and breakfast, just to get a bath. Cause after bath time its Clifford time(his other favorite past time). And now, oh yeah that's right, he gets his towel and heads to the bathroom door and attempts to take his clothes off! When he takes a bath now though, he likes the rush of holding his breath or sometimes lack of, and putting his head under water. I guess he likes to not breath for a couple seconds. Its fun, cause he continues to do so!

Mud Puddle Fun!

So, I am a mother, who doesn't like it when my kid looks dirty, so I change his clothes all the time. This doesn't mean I stop him from getting dirty.....oh no I don't stop him, but I encourage him! We have a huge puddle or should I say puddles at the end of our driveway, and Grandma Ana was out, and we were walking around outside, and he went for the puddles. A little skeptical at first, but once he got nice and dirty, he was having a great time! It was pretty funny and we had to get him to keep playing so I could run and get the camera, come on if I didn't run and get the camera, there wouldn't be pictures to blog with!

Let the Remodel Begin

Yesterday was the first day that we could start to buy things for the remodel. Well it wasn't the fun stuff that we got to purchase, but hey it was a start and that made me happy. Along with starting, we also started the clumsiness of Carter. Uncle Ben used to be the one that would get hurt when there was something important going on or something where there really wasn't time to take him to the ER to get stitches. Well Carter feels that someone needs to follow in Ben's foot steps, so he felt he was the best person to fill those shoes. And he does such a great job too. After getting home from Menard's and Home Depot, Carter felt the need to fall once he got to the house door. Well he fell and hit his head on the hinges. It was fine until I saw it grow so big that I thought his head was going to explode! He cried a little, and then was fine when I let him play with the radio in the kitchen. It really doesn't look bad today though!

The best part was that we didn't have stitches, Ben would have made sure he had to have stitches!

No more playdates...

You have got to be thinking, why does she get so sad about no more play dates? Well we have had a lot of play dates over the last couple months with my friend Melissa and her son Payten. The boys are two totally different people, but have so much fun together. OK so maybe its us moms that like to get together and have mom time. We talk on the phone all the time, but the play date is time for the boys to get rid of the extra energy that they have. Well Melissa got a job, how sad right, well its not sad its great that she got a job, but sad when it comes to the play dates! She only has training for like 5 weeks, then finds out her schedule so hopefully she has a Tuesday or Wednesday off so we get to enjoying play dates again.

Last Wednesday was a play date alright....(it was suppose to be a nice relaxing evening for ladies to enjoy a Lia Sopia jewelry party). And it ended up being a party for the boys! Cute girls, water fun, sparkly jewelry, and they were pretty much a riot. Even acted good too!
